Standalone C-Pen Models

Standalone C-Pen models are designed with built-in screens and can work independently from computer. Scanned text can be viewed, edited, stored for later upload or translated on the device itself. Standalone C-Pen is upgradable and allows installation of additional software packages such as multiple dictionaries, barcode readers and medical coding software.

Products

In 2007 standalone product line went out of production to be replaced by a new edition, expected for release at the end of 2009. The new portable C-Pen will be functionally similar to the latest C-Pen 800C, but will feature faster processor and significantly larger memory (possibly external SD card) that will allow multiple dictionary installation.
