All C-pen products carry a limited one-year warranty for parts and labor. C-Pen USA will honor warranty requests for C-Pen products :
if the product was purchased directly from C-Pen USA Online Store or from Amazon.com. Order number is required.
if the product was purchased from other US based retailer after December 31, 2004.
If you don’t fall into above categories please contact your retailer for warranty service.
To replace or repair your pen, fill out US Warranty Service Form and you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
We guarantee the shipment of a replaced or repaired C-pen product within five (5) business days from receipt of the product.
Important: Any tampering or disassembly of the product voids the warranty. Original sales receipt or other proof of purchase must accompany each warranty claim.
